Beaverton Buick/GMC

Mustafa was an excellent resource on the vehicle I was shopping for and a clear communicator in the negotiation process. I went back for additional accessories and Mo in the service department was also a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Worth the drive

We made an appointment to see a used car. It was a terrific experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with Geo. Price was as listed and no haggles with extras we didn’t need.

Extremely helpful.

We were looking for a specific car, and they made the process easy and not stressful. We went to a different dealership first, who did a bait and switch, and were extremely happy that we found them after a terrible experience at the other one. Really appreciate how honest and helpful they are. Will be buying from them again in the future.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! We purchased the vehicle and on the same day we reported a problem by texting and calling the agent who assist us..simple concern but it pissed me off because it takes a couple of days to received a respond. When I start texting them if we can return the vehicle I finally got their attention. Instead of being sorry for not giving any feedback they simply told me to bring it to the nearest shop to repair....I'm okay until I felt the cold and rude treatment from these people after raising my concern. Manager even told me his on leave and why I didn't left him a voicemail. He said I got a 2015 GMC so I should not expect a perfect vehicle...does it mean its normal to have a repair issue on the first day I bought the vehicle? Doesnt make any sense! We loan a 27k vehicle that should be in perfect condition regardless of how old it was. I should be driving this for a trip and not to bring to autoshop for repair. I really made a wrong choice of dealer, worst customer service I ever had!!!

Don’t give up they want to help

Had to go in several times, Wish they would have called me when the part was in to schedule . In the end the Service Manger Sean got involved and did a very good job.Thanks Bill and Sean . If you have problems ask for Sean he is great

$80,000 car with a dent

I just bought $80,000 car got home and found a dent under the passenger mirror. Contacted dealership thinking of course they would take care of it. Nope. Prior to that they low balled me on my trade in to the point that I when to another Lithia dealership and sold me car for $3k more and came back to buy the car I really wanted. This dealership has a tired look and careless attitude. I won’t be buying here again. They won’t even see this review and if they do they won’t care.

Great Experience

One of the best experiences I had in leasing my car. It was seamless and straight forward. Tommy was fantastic! I was very impressed by the whole staff.

The Beaverton Buick Difference

This was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had. Everything about the dealership is impressive. Zach was my sales representative and he was friendly, attentive, and super knowledgable. Great selection of cars and very efficient staff. Also, the dealership itself was immaculately clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

Great experience
