Very happy Subaru experience Mike Bryson
Mike Bryson is the best salesman at Subaru In Bedford. He isn?t pushy like most salesman are. He listens to your wants and needs and tries to find the best fit for you. He know his cars and explains everything very thoroughly. If you have a million questions, he has a million answers. Got my second Subaru from him and won?t be the last.

Mike and Minville Thank you!
Mike and Minville took great care of me. This is my 2nd Subaru from Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford. I had such a great experience with Mike Bryson during my first Subaru purchase that I referred my mom and Mike got her in her first Subaru as well and now she is a KGSB fan as well. This recent visit to KGSB I worked with Mike and Minville. I was having a hard time deciding what kind of Subaru to get and it was late in the afternoon but Minville was very patient and didn't try to pressure me. He let me take my time and do a few test drives and eventhough I was still there finalizing my purchase after the dealership had closed. Minville took the time to walk me through all the new features of my vehicle and linked my phone. Minville was a pleasure to work with and he made the whole process comfortable and stress free.

2023 Subaru Impreza
Salesman was very professional and friendly. However, the finance team misquoted the monthly total verbally twice by about $15/month. Both times it was ?Ohhhh I forgot to include the accessories, sorry?. As a consumer, this feels disingenuous while shopping for a loan. That was the only complaint from me.

He has such a great personality and his trustworthiness and thoughtfulness inspire our loyalty so that we would come back to Subaru to buy all our cars from him. Mike is just a wonderful person with extraordinary people skills. And he knows everything about Subaru products. Thanks, Mike! We are also thankful to Ben and Jeff, the managers who helped close our deal. They were welcoming and charming. Alana Snyder, the Business Manager, also showed incredible patience and understanding in explaining the various options for the additional coverage on this new car as well as our current Outback. Thank you to her, too. We appreciated Jim Coss’s excellent help in service. He took care of servicing our other Outback while we shopped for a second one and communicated with us about the whole process while providing sound advice. In short, our car purchase at Ken Ganley Subaru was a very positive experience. Bryson is the best! Thanks, everyone!
