Will Strawn was so extremely helpful in helping us purchase our Nissan Titan! He worked with us without pressure and made sure we worked out a price that we were comfortable with. He made us feel at ease in knowing we were getting a great truck!

My sales person was Markese he was the best. My credit was not that good but him and his team worked and got me approved. They was kind and patient and made sure I left with what I wanted they made me feel comfortable with no worries. They took real good care of me. Go to Fivestar in florence and ask for Markese Reaves.

Poor customer service does not back up their promises and...

Poor customer service does not back up their promises and will give you the run away! Bought a new car 6 months ago been dealing with issues since day one still not fixed and when tryin to talk to manager he made all these promises he didn’t keep maintenance manager same thing promised to make it right still has not! Their promises are just promises they don’t stand behind there word !

Have tried to contact Mario several times he’s always busy ! Customer service is not. Priority to him if it was my issues would have been taken care of !

Do not buy from here

My husband and I were manipulated from the time we walked in the door. We purchased a truck, which I later noticed the paperwork was not filled out correctly. They agreed on one price but put a different one on the paperwork. I had to get them to then pay the difference. While driving the truck home I noticed a gas smell. It turns out that the hoses had multiple leaks. After Nissian then keeping the truck for about 3 weeks for repairs we finally got it back. We realized after receiving the truck back that one of the original tires had been taken off and replaced with a different one. Per the sales representative "sometimes they take stuff off of one truck and put on another". This is crazy. Now the truck vibrates if we drive aver 50 mph. Part of our purchasing deal was for Nissan to throw in step rails. They told us "we would have put the rails on but the service department put them on another truck, we will have to order more." So, about a week later they called to put the rails on. When my husband took the truck back for the rails he asked once more about the tire. The answer was "I'll have to check with the service manager". The rails were put on but no tire change. I have been calling but the service manager is conveniently never available, nor will he return my calls. I am prepared to take my comments to corporate and where ever else need be to make sure that the world knows how poor and manipulative Nissian treated me. After speaking to some other people I have found that I am not the only costumer who has had extremely, appalling, insufficient,unacceptable, and unsatisfactory costumer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Our axle and wheel broke mid December on our way home...

Our axle and wheel broke mid December on our way home from florida. We were towed to five star nissan. There Karen Brown took us under her wing and kept us informed through quite a long process until we were "whole" again

5 star nissan has a great service department. And they...

5 star nissan has a great service department. And they are great at getting you in and out. And if you go to the service department after work for an oil change you dont wait long. I think the longest time you will have to wait is 30 minutes.
