I booked an appointment two weeks out for an oil change.

I booked an appointment two weeks out for an oil change. Got to the appointment 15 minutes early and it took 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked, they said it was because they didn't have the part in stock. If you planned ahead like I did for the appointment, it wouldn't have taken 3 hours to complete the service.
