My husband made an appointment for our Grandson and I to look at a used car he was interested in purchasing. Even though my Grandson has good credit, they said it was too "thin" I guess this means that his credit does not have a long enough history. Which is what I assumed they would expect for a first time buyer. After waiting an extraordinary long time they refused financing on the car he wanted without us co-signing, which we made clear, was a hard no. After more time went by, the finance manager offered us financing on a new car costing $10,000 more then the car he wanted. More time went by. When he refused, he told us he would never get financing on a $23000 vehicle with his credit anywhere. However, a short distance down Bolder hwy, at a small family owned dealership, we saw a car very similar to the he one was denied, only nicer for $24000. With a small down payment he was quickly approve at much lower interest rate then what this dealer ship offered. They were profession & big on customer service, no back room chats, and long waits. It was blatantly clear the finance manager was using deceptive high pressure sales tactic's to sell us a car. Today, they called to offer us a deal on the original car and said they would work something out?! I guess they did us a favor because he now has the car of his dreams, at a cost that fits his budget. However, I think this practice should be outlawed! Beware.

Dealership was nice.

Dealership was nice. Salesman was pretty straight forward. Alittle bit of miscommunication had me frustrated but it worked out in the end. Didn't like that when I finally made a deal and was ready to leave. They offered no diesel what so ever. Never bought a vehicle where I had to put diesel/gas just to get home. Their explanation sorry we don't have diesel. Dont managers or someone have a credit card? Thought that was pretty cheap. Never heard or seen that. Bought many cars/trucks always got a tank of gas. So if you buy a diesel don't expect fuel. Kinda feeled like a lower quality dealer

I didn’t like the way the finance department wasn’t

I didn’t like the way the finance department wasn’t honest about pricing or financing. Tried to make me wait longer to see the paperwork in hopes I’d fall in love with the car so that I wouldn’t return return it when I saw the actual deal. Then on my way out one of the ladies tried to blame the salesman saying he wasn’t good at his job. All around just shady work.

The worst car deal in the history of car deals.

The worst car deal in the history of car deals. They called me 3 weeks later just to find out that the deal wasn’t finished. They were missing paperwork’s. The salesman sheyten lied and the finance manager lied too and can’t even give me my refund back.
