My experience at Kelly was clearly different from the typical experience that the public has grown to expect from car dealerships. I found both my salesman, Ali Taner, and the sales manager, Kevin Farrell, to be friendly, straightforward, and extremely easy to deal with in the purchase of my used car. When I first arrived, the car that I had expressed interest was parked in front, beautifully detailed, and with especially good new tires installed. And, by the way, we reached a very fair price rather quickly. After a test drive, I loved the car except with some concern about the braking efficiency. Ultimately, as part of the sales agreement, Kevin personally requested that new brake pads be installed. To my surprise, when I came back to pick the car up, he had instructed the service department to put new pads as well as new rotors on the car's brakes. Because he knew that I would be driving the car across country, he went beyond the call of duty in order to ensure my safety. Now, that is impressive! I absolutely recommend Kelly's Used Car dealership. Customer service simply does not get any better than this.

I've purchased many vehicles in my life. Usually I've looked upon them as horrible long experiences. When I decided to purchase from Kelly Mitsubishi in Emmaus Pa., I realized they were really out to meet my expectations with incredible customer service and experienced employees...
