I was very skeptical about buying a new car so I visited Kelly Mitsubishi as a recommendation from a friend to talk to the sales manager about the car buying process and when the best time to buy might be. I did NOT intend on buying a car and was not prepared to go through the process at this time. However, Tyler Kulp came up to me and offered his knowledge on cars and asked what kind of vehicles held my interest. Next thing I knew, he was appraising my car and I was perusing the inventory for something that sparked my intrigue. Tyler was very quick to get me a number for my car and show me a comparison between a Jeep and Mistubishi. I was set in stone to buy a Jeep but Tyler convinced me to open my mind and look into the Eclispe Cross. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and kept my best interest in mind. Long story short, he was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and patient with me throughout the entire process as things transitioned into a more serious business deal. I indeed loved the Eclipse Cross and decided to move forward with the purchase after a night of deliberation. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and even helped me contact insurance providers to try and find the best rate. He was very upfront and while car salesmen seem to get a bad rep and can seem shady, Tyler certainly broke this stereotype and made me feel confident in my purchase. I think if more salespeople had the dedication, demeanor, and professionalism that Tyler displayed, then the car buying experience would be something people enjoy rather than feel intimidated by. Although we had to go through Dave Labar we saw Emmanuel Duole and Cory his boss they were not customer friendly seemed they didnt care to want to go above and beyond to get you into vehichle we had to go higher up to Dave to complain we feel we should have been better treated and accomodated better its a shame we had to go higher up for help but Dave did everything for us its just a shame you have to do this to satisfy a customer when you have 2 other workers below you that dont do their job properly. Emmanuel and Cory only seemed to care about signing the paperwork and getting out they didnt even call us back to see how were doing with the vehichle or if theirs any issues so we give them both 1* for them. Dave deserves a perfect 10 for helping us as customers. Thanks again Dave you truely know your job!
