I have been researching and AutoChecking used cars for a friend who doesn't have time. I received a phone call from Christian Quintero of Fitzgerald Auto Mall regarding a Toyota Highlander that I had looked at. He asked great questions and I told him what info I needed to pass along to my friend. I needed the "out the door" price. He said he'd work it up and get back to me. That same day he emailed me all the detailed info and then followed up with a phone call and, a few days later another email asking if I wanted to schedule an appt. . I was really impressed with his patience and time working on my behalf.. Unfortunately, the next day, I had to abandon my search and put it on hold. I did show my friend the info and he just did not like the car as much as I thought he would but I will be picking up my search again this week and Mr. Quintero is the first person I will enlist in my efforts.

This was the first dealership that actually cared enough to really try and succeed in getting my wife and i into the car we really wanted. Our sales rep Rachel was amazing she wasn't pushy at all didn't try and put me into a car i didn't want she and her manager really pushed the bank to get the terms we wanted she was just amazing. And even the service dept was great Bill helped me get in fast and get out fast he really cared about the issue i had with my jeep. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
