I hate car shopping, especially having to do it by myself for the first time. I was looking for a certain car & Eastport Auto's had it. I drove out to see it and met Dan. What a great person he is, not the pushy type you would expect to meet, but friendly & kind. Actually taking the time to get to know you. I of course bought a car from Dan and was expecting the paperwork process to be endless, not so. I love my new car and if I ever have to buy another car I'm coming back to see Dan @ Eastport Autos. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

I loved doing business at this dealer. Dan and Danny are both very helpful and informative. They made sure the Chrysler 300C that I bought from was in top shape and even put in a brand new battery before they would let me leave the lot. The car was beautiful and drives like a dream. Eastport auto is a very shady car lot. I went to them because of a recommendation. I was pressured into getting a 2000 Lexus. I have nothing but problems with that vehicle. Keyless entry, wipers, motor issues. I have spent more money trying to get a good running vehicle. Due to the pandemic my husband and myself have been off work. I was hospitalized, tested 3 times. Very sick. I talked to Dan Sr to get the payoff amount. Only owing just over 2 grand. Been paying on it for almost 2 yrs. I informed sr that I will be able to pay it off at the end of June. This month. They came and repossessed my car last night. Them knowing that I was paying it off. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone thinking about getting a vehicle from Eastport auto. DO NOT. Vehicles are unsafe, unreliable and the owners are very uncaring, also repossessing (illegally) during the pandemic.

To start off with they knew how far we were driving to come and look at this car this car was supposed to only have 100,000 miles on it a car fax which I read and a lot of stuff that we liked about the car was all made up on their site we thought we could trust it because it was on cars.com and car guru!!!! the car he just kept saying was only a $2000 car ?? I don’t care if it was a $50 car if I drive over two hours to come and look at a car that you’ve told me over the phone was this that and the other sent me pictures and I found it with a Carfax you go in the office and take the car fax off come back out and tell me it didn’t have a Carfax it doesn’t have a buyback if you get it home and you’re not happy you can bring it back the next day it was on the site all the way up here I read everything I could read about the car to my husband we were buying it for our great niece we explained all of it to this gentleman she has no parents he knew we were in a bind and he wasn’t even going to budget five cents off but there was an extra hundred thousand miles on the car than what he told us was on the car!!!! I would not go to Eastport motors in Portland Oregon to buy manure to plant plants in!!! that’s what I felt like with the owner he was just a scammer and a liar like every Car Dealership

I only spent a short amount of time in his office and was out quickly. Very satisfied with his promptness and ability to work with my budget and needs. I travel quite a bit (international sometimes) and have purchased a fair amount of cars. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was shopping for an SUV. Found one on line I was interested in. I was there when the doors opened. Both gentleman were very friendly. We went for a test drive. There was an issue and they didn't hesitate to help fix the issue ~ Thanks again guys !!!! I have already recommended them to a friend looking for something new. Great customer service. Fair price.
