After a BAD experience at another car dealer on 82nd, i was frustrated. My wife and I needed a second car so we kept looking, out of the corner of my eye, I spot this Honda CRV in my price range. My wife and I stopped in and right away Dan greeted us, introduced himself. We asked a lot of questions and he was very hepful and HONEST! (so refreshing). He gave us the keys and said, take it for a spin. Well we ended up buying the car got a great deal, was amazing, thanks Dan. So if you want to buy a car go to eastport autos where they still believe in honesty and that a handshake actually means something.

no pushy sales guy. quick paper work. no one selling me warranties that i dont need. no behind the scenes shifty characters . i honestly enjoyed buying my car.

I bought a van from Dan. The selling point was low mileage and engine had a lot of miles left on it. We had the oil changed and were told that there was a lot of metal shavings in the oil. We talked to Dan and Doc and they said that metal shavings were normal in the oil. I happen to know that that is not true. They would not listen to us when we said that there may be a problem with the engine. We were essentially told to go away and not bother them. A few weeks later we were driving and the engine started making a knocking noise. We were told that we needed a new engine. This all happened before we even made our first payment. We asked Dan to please help us out with some of the repairs. Again, we were told to stop bothering them. They would not take any responsibility for selling a defective product. No compassion, just we got our money so go away and stop bothering us.

The hardest part of working with Eastport Autos was trying to pronounce my salesman's name. Dan Onuskanich. Honestly, these guys were very easy to work with and I had the best car buying experience I've ever had with a dealer. I'd recommend working with them and will also give them first crack next time I am looking for a vehicle.

Was gonna check out a couple of dealerships in Portland. This was my first stop and my last! Danny and his pops was great! help me out on my deposit and was really friendly! Couple things that needs to fixed in the car but nothing mechanical! It was more of accessories that I can fix on my own time. Great Lexus ES300 rides very smooth! Highly recommed check them out!

First time buying a car from a used car dealer. Found the car we wanted and they accepted our offer with no hassle or pressure. Right after the purchase we noticed a rubber strip missing from the roof of the car. They ordered one for us from a dealership free of charge. Now THAT'S above and beyond service! Next time we are in the market for a car we are checking with Eastport Autos first. Thank you Dave and Dan!

I have not bought a car for over 10 years. I went to a few dealers and found Eastport autos. They found me the car I love and secured me financing I didn't think was possible. They treated me with up most respect, being a single ladies that means a lot . I highly recommend them if you want a nice car and pleasant buying experience. I never thought I would say this about a used car dealer but wow! Thanks again. What a great group of guys.
