Back seat passenger side belt

Ordered part and that was okay with us. Called and told us about having to order part and called again the next day saying the repair was completed.

Bad break, no reimbursement

We were notified that there was a recall on the shifter cable, after the cable broke. Had the car repaired someplace else. Brought our Fusion in to be inspected after the shifter cable broke and was replaced . Ford Motor Company is suppose to reimburse us for the repairs due to the cable break. I was told that Crossroads Ford would switch the cable out after it had been replaced. The car wasn't in the shop for more than 10 minutes. They didn't replace it. (I had my mechanic check ) Drove car home and noticed that the shifter moves after key is removed from ignition. Took car back to Ford, to be told that the shifter solenoid was broken. Paid almost $120 just for that information. These guys will lie to you, especially if you're a woman, just to get out of paying for repairs associated with the cable breaking. We are due a good chunk of money for our costs to have this car fixed due to faulty equipment. This Ford dealership will do or say anything to get out of paying for these repairs. Don't trust them.

Excellent customer service

I have not had many problems with my 2012 Ford Fusion until it was struck by lightning. This created quite a few problems, but Brad in the service department is awesome! He kept in touch with me all through the process which took quite awhile since he had to contact the insurance company each time there was a repair. Highly recommend Crossroads. Ford of Fuquay-Varina to anyone.

Very pleasant

People there are very friendly. Service personnel Very accommodating. They went out to retrieve my car so I did not have to. Service was completed quicker than I was told. It was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.

F150 service

I came in a picked my vehicle up with no explanation of what was done by a rep. Sure I can read and that's what I did after I paid. The overall service was average and not bad but have I had better? Yes, much better. I did have a few questions about what the warranty covered before I drop the truck off. I ended up paying for the AC service because it had too much free-on.

Repair

Check engine light came on in my Escape. The dealership was able to locate the issue and fix it within 2 days.

2018 Ford F-150 lariat purchase

Absolutely great doing business with Crossroads Ford. Bill Moore was a delight and pleasure with whom to work. He was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and overall. Very very nice. I have never had a car buying experience that came close to being this enjoyable.

F-150 Seat belt recall

Arrived on time for my 10 am service appointment and was immediately greeted by a service rep who informed me the service required would take approximately 45 mins. Forty-five minutes later my F-150 was returned to where I dropped it off with all of the work completed. Great experience, friendly staff.

Best buying experience ever!

I bought a 2018 Ford Fiesta for my son. The dealership was very helpful and not pressuring in any way. However, the most important thing to me besides price and quality of car was that they valued my families time. My wife has a disability and it is very painful to sit for extended periods of time and they honored that. I have probably bought 10 new cars in my life and this is the first time I can honestly say I would recommend a dealership. Thanks Fuquay-Varina Cross Roads Ford!
