Recall repair
I have used this establishment 3 times for the servicing of my vehicles. Upon recommendation, I set an appointment to have a recalled fuel pump replaced. I was told that if I left my vehicle on a Thursday afternoon it would the first vehicle to be worked on the following day. My car was not ready on Friday. I called Saturday and was told that the car was ready for pick up after noon. I picked up my vehicle and immediately drove across the road to get gas. I noticed that after putting in $30 worth of gas the gauge read 29 miles before empty. I returned to the dealership and explained the issue. I was told that the technician forgot to replace a part. I was told to leave my vehicle. I asked about a loaner vehicle and they replied by saying they barely have cars to sell. My husband called at 3:30 on Monday. They told him that the vehicle was not ready for pick-up. I called at 3:50 and asked to speak with the manager. ( which I never spoke to) They directed my call to the service department. They responded by saying that my car was ready. I immediately left Sandersville to pick up my car. I understand making arrangements for the initial appointment, but they did not take into consideration the inconvenience that was cause due to neglect on their part. I was left to " catch rides" with three young children, because the vehicle they were working on was my primary source of transportation. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

We were there getting my car serviced Looked at two cars while I was waiting and no salesman came over to help us , I found that strange , Me and my wife were disappointed

My wait time was average, they took my vehicle as soon as I arrived the staff was friendly al though I did not purchase my vehicle there the staff seem to be very professional as well.
