Purchasing a vehicle is never a great experience. Shawn made our transaction seem seamless and stressless. I want to start off by saying, thank you again. I also want to say thank you to Carlos. For going above and beyond and extending his time in order to help me get a car that was much needed. Thank you to his boss his superiors. Because I know this is probably rare. I don't know, but for me it was a blessing i truly truly enjoyed my experience at this dealership. It is the first time I have ever had a dealership experience where I walked off the lot with a vehicle. I am very grateful for the kindness that the staff extended to us. The dealership was attractive, friendly atmosphere. Shawn was helpful, and patient with all my questions. Fortunately, the model I was looking for was on the lot, because it seemed that if I wanted something else, it would affect the timing and price. So, perhaps a better selection of color and "package" would make a decision easier to make, rather than walking away without a sale. I will not hesitate to stop back in as I familiarize myself with my new car.
