DO NOT BUY DO NOT TRUST. JEAN IS A LIAR! I asked about any body damage on this vehicle and I was told no it’s perfect. Well perfect is in the eyes of the beholder I guess. There was damage all over this car and a quarter panel that was painted. Only one issue was disclosed which was drivers assist. Seller said it was a calibration in facts it’s a $2300 camera that is faulty. Sight unseen as I live far away I negotiated the price of the car for a good car back down to market value. As I was in an uber 3 hours away I was told “I’ve never stayed so late for anybody” as I was due to arrive at 4:40 and he closes at 5 so you’ve never stayed until closing? I already had finance worked out so it was literally give me the keys and I’m out of there. Another issue was I couldn’t test drive the vehicle as I was already falsely feeling bad about arriving before close. Test driving wouldn’t have made a difference anyway since my temp tag was on the car already. Florida law is once the car leaves the lot it’s yours. It took 45 minutes to get to the highway a few miles away I never got over 30mph. Once I got on the highway I noticed the transmission was slipping and shifting hard into other gears. I had the transmission serviced at the dealer since I knew Jean was going to say maybe it needs to be serviced. After I contacted Jean back and told him about the problem he immediately said “why didn’t you turn around?” First off you made me feel bad about coming in before you closed, what was 2 hours of sitting in traffic from the point that I left to the point of coming back after you were gone going to do? Low and behold he stated “maybe it needs to be serviced” welp did that and it’s still bad. I left the dealer with a $17,000 quote to replace it. After that I was told “well you didn’t buy the car from me you bought it from the finance company.” What a load of horse dung just like this guy. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere this guy is a shady salesman. I should have followed my gut and this is what I get now.

Terrible treatment of a buying customer. Left my gas tank empty told me hurry to gas station so I don’t run out!! Didn’t detail car was filthy!!! Keith you suck terrible device

Terrible business practice. This is not your store for sight unseen purchases. If you want lipstick on a pig, you found the right place. I will never use this company in the future nor recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Mercedes Benz 500Sl convertible. from them Kudos to Jean Keith. and the wonderful ladies in the office They stayed after hours to accodhmmodate me The deal was closed fast and I had my License Plate Title and tags in a day I have no hesitation in recomending As Tina Turner. Would say They are. simply the best!#!!!

I bought a 2001 Yukon XL that looks like new. It had a few mechanical issues that hadn't been disclosed. I did the labor myself. Choice Auto Brokers refunded my cost of parts (nearly $1,000). Overall I am satisfied that I got the rust free, double rear door, clean interior, heavy hauling truck I wanted. Shippers ruined a like new tire that they did not take responsibility for and there were minor dents and scratches from shipping. I recommend anyone go inspect and pick up their vehicle themselves. In Northern Wisconsin we have to go a long way to find rust free cars that haven't tasted a lot of potholes.
