Smooth and Painless

Jason and Hailey were great and the entire process was very smooth and painless. We felt like there was very little pressure, that the dealership wanted everything to be very transparent and mostly wanted us to be happy with the experience of purchasing a vehicle through Premier. We purchased a used Mazda and they were happy to let us take the car offsite to an independent mechanic. The mechanic thought the dealership was very honest and that the vehicle was a good value. I’m happy to say we were very impressed with Premier Mazda and thank you to the sales team and to the service team who answered our many questions and provided a seamless experience.

Excellent customer service

Had a great experience purchasing my new Mazda. Jason and Hailey made it an easy process! I would definitely recommend using Premier Mazda and I will definitely work with them again in the future!

Tacoma

Mark was quite helpful in getting the truck ready. Someone else was to purchase the truck when I inquired but could not get approved for financing. Mark got back to me to let me know and was very good at working things out for me to purchase the vehicle. Very satisfied

A Great Experience

I saw a used Honda Accord on line that was located at this dealership. I live about 1 1/2 hours from the dealer. Jack Moran offered to drive to my house to show me the car. We ended up meeting about half way, but that really impressed me. The car was priced very fairly and they were professional, courteous and thorough in the purchase of the car. Hailey Sears was very helpful and explained the process very well to me. I would definitely buy from them again.

Quality team.

The team of Jason Messenger and Hailey Sears was courteous and professional from the first handshake to leaving the dealer with a new CX-9. Jason had a expansive knowledge of his product. Handling of paperwork was seamless. Have bought many new cars and this is very rare. Hailey Sears was all of the above on the Finance end of the sale. This is a high quality team effort.

Donna Passerello

I had Mark Correa as my salesman. His coustomer service is outstanding, He handled everything from the bank to the insurance agency. And that was no small task at times. I would recommend that if your looking for a car definitely come see Make at Mazda Cape Cod.
