I bought a 1989 Jeep from Mike and it was worth every penny. I travelled from NY to buy the car and everything was as described online. Took it for a test drive and purchased. The whole transaction took a little over an hour and everyone was more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend. I'm probably going to buy my daughter her first car in another 6 months from Mike.

First off, I really appreciate the lever of customer service we experienced while doing business with Mike at Thrifty. After a few weeks with my new vehicle I absolutely love it! My girlfriend will be getting something from them very soon! Now when I first inquired on the vehicle I purchased from Thrifty I had a easy online experience browsing through the inventory selection. Having found something that I liked at an unbelievable price I called expecting and automated answering service to leave a message, and to my surprise Mike answered and informed us to come by. Once we test drove the vehicle mike informed us of some issues with the car that he needed to address first before he would even be willing to sell it to us. (Said no car salesman ever! But Mike did!) And in the following days of business he stayed true to his word addressing my noticed issues as well as a few others at no additional cost to what was initially listed. My girlfriend and I were looking for a reliable vehicle and we now have that. Thanks to Mike! Even with me not having any credit Mike was able to get me approval and low payments on this new vehicle and we couldn't be happier! My advice is if you are looking for honest car salesmen go talk to either of the Mikes there at Thrifty!

First let me say that I do not enjoy the car buying process. I hate when salesmen try to push you to buy something you may not be 100% interested. Mike from Thrifty was not that at all. He was very knowledgable about the truck I bought. He was a very up front, matter of fact kind of guy. He worked with my needs and we were able to agree to terms that were acceptable to both parties. The truck I bought only had one set of keys, so he put me in contact with his "key guy". I searched for a few weeks for the truck before I found this vehicle on cars.com. As a small business owner myself it's nice to know that I was dealing with the owner, who by the way stayed past closing time on a Friday to make sure the deal got done. Thanks, Mike!

Called and Mike answered the phone. Low pressure, very helpful. Went to look at one car and didn't like it. Bazz (who was helping us) showed us another based on what we told him. Perfect. Everyone there was super helpful, super friendly and nice. Definitely not the usual used car experience. Would send everyone I know to them.

Forget the big box, car dealerships... this place is fantastic. Both Mikes (the owner and sales manager) were accommodating and extremely personable. This is a place where you get the attention to detail. I foresee an extremely bright future for this place. I'm beyond ecstatic with my purchase and will not hesitate to send my family and friends here. Thank you!

I'm 20 years old with no credit and without a cosigner. After being denied or offered the lowest grade cars, I came upon this franchise. The service and workers were wonderful. I was offered multiple vehicles after Mike listened to my wants and needs and found what turned out to be the best vehicle I could have received without even needing a cosigner!
