Great experience!!!

This place is wonderful and the man that helped me was even nicer! I didn't actually end up getting a car but I found out some great information! When I'm ready to pull the bullet and get a car I know where to go!

Bought a beautiful 2013 VW Van.

We bought a 2013 VW Routan from the team at Carolina family motors and have never been happier. We have only one problem the car started to overheat, we brought it in for service under warranty and walked out with a loaner and a week later our car was in perfect shape again. I can't tell you how nice it is that they stood behind their sale and we were so well taken care of.

Mr. T.L.Gordon

My name is Gordon from Laurel, Maryland and I purchased a 1998 corvette LS2 from Caroline Family Motors. I viewed about 20 different car photos online until I found one that caught my eye. At this time I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Brian Lee. I learned he was the owner of CFM. He explained to me in detail everything about the car. He also said the car, in his opinion ,was a Five Star rating. While speaking to him, I told Brian that I wanted to purchase that corvette and have the car shipped to me. He told me Not to have the car shipped but rather make arrangements to get to the dealership. He was so confident that I would like the car that he said they would pay for me to fly there. He actually guaranteed that I would like that corvette. Long story short.....I rented a car and drove 440 miles to purchase that car! I also talked to the salesman, Bryan Brinson, and met him as well. He also explained various details to me . And he reinforced the fact that I was getting a good deal. In all my years of purchasing new and used cars, I have never dealt with such honest and trustworthy business people. Another salesman that I feel worthy of mentioning is Tom. After seeing the car "in person", I could say the car was everything and more than my initial online impression. The financial manager, Kevin, was an outstanding professional. He made me feel like "family"!! From A to Z, everyone I dealt with @ Caroline Family Motors stood out in my mind. The detail job prior to me driving out was superb also. I would say without a doubt that this dealership is honest and trustworthy. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family looking to purchase cars . I have had my car over one month now. The car runs EXCELLENT and still looks AWESOME!!!

buying a used vehicle

This was the most pleasurable experience I ever had buying a vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase the 03 F250. The salesman bent over backwards to make a fair deal.

Top notch group of guys... no regrets here

I searched the entire state (nc) for the vehicle we were looking for... had a good feeling about Bryan (2) and Kevin... drove 280 miles to take a look and looked no further....they did not disappoint. Super guys, no pressure. Fair prices, upper-end quality! High recommendation from me.

2006 Dodge Charger

Bought the car had a good experience but I was promised the engine was rebuilt and was going to send me documents but have never received them

Great experience

I purchased a vehicle from them about a week ago. The experience was not painful like most times I have sat down to purchase a vehicle. I actually enjoyed my time at the dealership. The staff was friendly and down to earth. There was no pressure at all. I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. So happy I found them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at an affordable price. The wonderful staff is just a huge bonus.

Typical small used car lot

Purchased a used 2003 Mustang GT convertible. The dealership staff was super nice. Gave me what I wanted on my trade and arranged financing. NO problems there. The problem is with the car itself. They claimed in their advertisement for the car that "as part of their safety inspection, the convertible top was replaced", which it was, but, their safety inspection failed to find that the brake lights did not work. I found the wiring harness at the brake switch was tampered with and the wires had shorted out and melted the switch. Also, the cruise control does not work and it is leaking oil from a few places. I understand buying a used car comes with risks, but you'd think they would have noticed no brake lights either during the NC inspection or their safety inspection. If you want to buy a car from them, take a trusted mechanic or take the vehicle to a mechanic for an inspection. I had a friend with me that day who works on cars for a living, but neither of us though to check those issues out as overall the car was in real good shape mechanically. I would by from this dealer again, I would just know to check the car out better. I would also recommend this dealer, but as stated, have the car inspected by a third party before buying. I wrote the owner with these concerns.

I want to personally Thank Jeff for taking the time to write a review about my Dealership. I am very pleased that he had a great experience with his purchase and the staff as well as his trade allowance. I called Jeff to apologize that there was a malfunction with the brake switch and we missed the cruise control being inoperable. I can not say for sure if it was missed during the safety inspection or if it malfunctioned afterwards. That being said, I have offered Jeff to pay for any expense involved in the repair as well as paying for the cruise control to be correct. It was a pleasure to speak to Jeff today and he was pleased that I called him and offered our assistance. Thank you again Jeff for the opportunity to provide you with your 2003 Ford Mustang GT. No Hassle and I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

I love my 2004 Mustang Convertible! Really nice staff and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Had one small issue right after I bought the car and Brian took care of it right away.
