I know about sun visors. Brad got into the features that count and quickly explained why we would want them. Brad is very easy going and never put on the hard sale or got slimey with my wife and I. Had a remote start added with purchase last year. Turns out the 3rd party that installed the remote start thru Honda installed it incorrectly. This caused a recent problem with my smart entry. Fred, the service rep, handled everything in a professional manner and the problem was resolved. My car was there for one week and Fred stayed in regular contact to give me updates. Received a loaner car while problem was being corrected.
