Barry And Mr.Delisi Were very knowledgeable and honest . They helped me on there days off and long hrs . Barry sent close up pics , to help with the purchase of this Cadillac XLR .This car was very clean inside & out . a one owner & low miles . Barry also helped ship this car from Chicago To Augusta Ga. they also made sure the car had new tires and an oil change to make it even better than it already was .They go far and beyond .. . We have been searching nationwide for a specific vehicle and found it at iCars Chicago. We traveled from Detroit area and it was well worth it. Cleanest used vehicle that i have seen in the last 20 that we looked at personally and i would say compared to hundreds we looked at online. They had recently put new tires on it and we looked it all over, test drove it, even after purchase had taken to our personal mechanic - Wow! His feedback was this had new brakes recently, ball joints and all fluids recently replaced. No rust, spotless, non smoker interior - can't say enough about the car. One of the best if not the best dealer experiences, no issues buying out of state vehicle, the expedited the title and even offered airport pick up as they are next to O'hare Airport so a fly in and drive it home option! This dealership is family owned and operated and they treat you like family. Being a female I've been talked down or ignored at other dealerships but, that's not the case at iCars Chicago. Barry and Afrim are super nice and very helpful. The shop itself was the cleanest I've ever seen. I'm still smiling after having such a great buying experience. Every single aspect of my experience was awesome. This place is all about quality.
