I had a great experience here with the help of James and

I had a great experience here with the help of James and Rio. I went trying get used car n they help me pick out my first new car even though I gave them a hard time. They help me purchase my first brand new suv 2 days before I birthday! I love there energy n was also pleasant! James help pick perfect suv n Rio help me figure the numbers not go above my budget! They were amazing n the if I had do all over again I would go back n want them both to assist me! Please go check them out they are the best! Thanks again for all your help James and Rio!

Management change

The very recent changes in the service department were needed. Much better!!! we will be back! Visit before this last one the Advisor Austin made us very uncomfortable. New management is top notch !

LEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE BASIS

WE HAVE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW JEEP CHEROKEE, BEEN CALLING THEM FOR DAYS TO GET SOMEONE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT LEFT DSEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE AT THAT DEALERSHIP HAS CONTACTED US BACK, DEFINITELY OUR BUSINESS WILL GO ELSEWHERE, THIS DEALERSHIP HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE AT TTHE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS STATED THEY HAVE LOSE AN ENTIRE FAMILY OF JEEP VEHICLES, DONT CAE HOW FAR WE HAVE TO TRAVEL BUT WILL FIND SOMEONE THAT HAS EDUCATION TO TREAT CUSTOMER WITH GREAT CREDIT AS WE ARE. WILL NEVER RECOMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP MANAGERS OR EVEN THE OWNER.

The 4x4 ?

The guy that was suppose to appraise my trade in said the 4 wheel drive did not work. He did not know how to lock in the 4x4, told me it did not work. I know more about my vehicle and the truck I was trying to buy than the dealer.

Unhappy customer

My first time dealing with this dealership I got a 2020 jeep renegade I was excited then about 6 or 7 months later I got a phone call telling me to come in to get a other car because it was out of date then I got a 2018 Chevrolet equinox and I been having issues with since I had it I call them and tell them they blow me off they only look at when I get really upset then I tell them what is going on they make me feel like I don't know what I don't know what I'm talking about and I was having some issues with the brakes and they made me feel like they fixed it but they didn't I had the brakes replaced and now the rotors are bad when they told me it was fixed I'm not happy at all now I got to pay out of pocket to fix this vehicle because they don't want to fix it I have pictures of the brakes also.

Doug Henry Kinston N.C. dealership great job

Started online searches. Saw vehicle, and reached out to dealership. Salesperson Dawn Edsall was great. Did not crowd, or bulldozer herself upon us. Told which vehicle and the process started. Dawn was very informative, and patient with us. Great test drive…very relaxed, no pressure. Back to dealership for getting deal together. Dawn again was totally amazing with her skilled knowledge of the process. The deal reached was fair to us and the dealership. This wasn’t my first car, and the wait time to finish the paperwork was way better than other dealerships in the past. I will have them perform all service work in future. all the staff was nice, and helpful.

False Advertising

Drove 45 minutes from my work to get to the dealership only to be told by the salesperson that what's online isn't actually what they're selling the truck for. I had the printed sheets from the online sales add and she told me that those promotions were "all" of the possible discounts.....but that no one qualified for "all" of those discounts. She told me that "Dodge" put those online and that they didn't have any control over what was put online????? I spoke with the Dodge dealership and Myrtle Beach and the salesperson assured me that the price on their site was the actual selling price......she said they didn't list all of the "possible" discounts on their site....only the ones that they knew everyone would qualify for. I WON'T BE BACK! Going to MB tomorrow morning to buy my truck.

Excellent Service

It was easy to make an appointment. The service department was very friendly, attentive, considerate and professional. The recalls on my truck were taken care of at this oil change appointment. It is definitely customer first at Doug Henry. I have always had a very pleasant experience at Doug Henry.

Awesome dealership

I actually enjoyed my experience at Doug Henry of Kinston. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jeremy the sales manager. He kept me company because my car dealer went to fill the vehicle gas tank. Talking to Jeremy was like talking to an old friend like we were catching up. Then Stephanie came in. She was awesome she was very professional and made my car buying experience great. I have bought multiple cars in my lifetime and Stephanie by far was the BEST dealer I have ever had. The transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Then there was Brad he was all about getting me the best deal and ensured that I understood everything I was signing. Brad was a very cool dude only way I can describe him. Once the car was purchased Stephanie took more time helping me move things from the old car and into the new one. Then she sat with me for about 20 mins making sure I understood all the bells and whistles. If I ever buy a car again I know where to go.
