The Service Department is struggling. My attempts to...

The Service Department is struggling. My attempts to schedule an appointment were very difficult. Once I got an appointment scheduled, the service was good. Since then, I’ve received incorrect email and text messages about a service I never even had. Quite concerning given that I purchased my vehicle there last year. Makes me wonder if I chose the right dealer.

We scheduled service for routine maintenance on our A7....

We scheduled service for routine maintenance on our A7. Our normal 1/2 day service took 3 days to complete. Very disappointing since we had to arrange for alternative transportation on day 3.

2016 GMC Terrain

Sam Zangoei helped me out a lot! He was also very patient enough to deal with my hectic work schedule! He was extremely nice and capable of walking me through the entire process of my very first car purchase! He even offered to have it delivered all the way to my house since I lived out of city. I’m very excited to begin my new adventure with my new car! Thank you very much!

Called on a Tuesday to replace a tire. Tire was available...

Called on a Tuesday to replace a tire. Tire was available Wednesday and installed that afternoon. A week later discovered a tool mark on the wheel well surface. It appeared the tech tried to clean up and scratched the paint. Reported to Service Manager. Not happy!

there was a recall on Transmission harness and they fixed...

there was a recall on Transmission harness and they fixed it. They also updated the center console updates as well, cleaned the vehicle and was ready in 48. Good QoS.
