Drove in and was greeted with extremely friendly salesman Michael Carter. Worked to purchase new VW Atlas on showroom floor. Within minutes had a great deal but told them we had to check another dealer on a different car. They were very understanding. We came back to test drive the Atlas which they had to remove from showroom display. Needlass to say we purchased the car instantly. Credit report. paperwork and drive off was fast!!! Only had to wait about 25 minutes for final paperwork as they were extremely busy selling vehicles to a lot of happy faces. Extremely impressed, Steve and Cherie

Great dealing with this guys especially Gary wills and Robert yang. I called in advance and got the number I liked "as advertised" in the banner in front of their building and I was sure they will raise the price on me when I get there well they gave me exactly what they quote and got me in and out less then an hour. Definitely will recommend Gary he is a straight shooter and if you are there to buy and ready to do business he won't waist your time thank you very much my daughter love her new car!!!

This dealer has the best deals on VW in orange county. Excellent discount. Very responsive to internet-based quote requests. Sales guys are friendly (and intelligent - which is rare).

This is the best buy car experience I have had in the 40 years of buying cars. Our sales consultant Gary Wills is one of the best in the business , we just did not buy a car but made a new friend that day, he went above and beyond to help close the deal on my son very first car ,we were treated with respect and not taken advantaged of because my son did not have a credit score yet, but was still able to buy a car and have it in his name only with out my cosign . Yes I would recommend Norm Reeves and especially go see Gary Wills for one of the best car buying experiences you will ever have.

I scheduled an appointment recently on line to have the oil changed on my 2010 CC. I requested to be helped by Service Advisor Tom Brucks as he has helped me for several years with my car. Even though it has been many months since I have been in the dealership, when I walked in he greeted me by name as he has done every time since I bought the car there over six years ago. It is so nice to receive such personal, professional and friendly service. The car was serviced and washed in very quick order and I am more than satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

My son insisted that the car be serviced at the dealers, so I found Norm Reeves on line, made the appointment on line and was met with friendly, efficient service. I was given a time frame for service completion and shown to the waiting area that was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The oil change took about 1hour and when I went to the car, it had been washed and was dry, which was a very nice experience.
