Credit Approval Auto Group Inc.

I purchased a vehicle in April and am still waiting on the title as they have had to redo the paperwork several times. I am guessing they didn't pay off the lien on the title. Now the state has record of the new title back in August but we still have no paper in hand. This is in addition to the many things that needed to be repaired on the vehicle. It needed rear wheel bearings but they insisted it did not and refused to fix it. I paid over $800 to a trusted mechanic friend to get that fixed. They did agree to replace the brake line but did it with some crappy steel that they bent to make it fit. I am having to replace that as well. They do not keep their promises to fix things. All this expense I have put into a vehicle that I don't even have the title for! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan from Credit Approval Auto Group 2 days ago and we couldn't possibly be anymore pleased with the car we financed! I do feel that saying our experience with them was beyond exceptional is quite the understatement. We've purchased cars from several of the bigger guys and I will say I will NEVER shop anywhere else but Credit Auto Group for a vehicle in the future. Unfortunately, we currently don't have the greatest credit which we're working hard to improve. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure that we would leave with whatever vehicle we wanted that day. In fact, they made sure of it and it happened! We were in a bind and desperately needed another car and they approved us within minutes! We couldn't be anymore grateful and pleased by the service we received. They treated us like family! There were a few minor things we asked to be fixed and they didn't hesitate with approving each one! I didn't think places like this existed. We're literally still in shock that our buying experience was so simple! If you have an issue getting approved due to a credit issue or any other issues for that matter, GO HERE! You will be glad you did. Sen

They take money without consent and when I tried to call and figure out the problem they proceeded to keep hanging up the phone

I had a great experience at Credit Approval. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Faris and Adam helped me tremendously when picking out the perfect car for me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a good car at great price!
