Charged me100$ to remove one spark plug think way to much took him about15 min to get sckotet on plug and remove it had piece of plastic down in hole for sparkplug from the coil pack rubber bot came off of the end of the coil pack was down in hole

vehicle has 1500 miles in eight months.during warranty period horn didnt work next day battery went dead seller fixed them also had engine light on.rought to dealer repair mechanic told him to contact seller,he didnt.now months later engine needs major repair.also drivers side window doesnt work and gear shift doesnt always go into park.i am now stuck for repairs i thought that i was buying a depenable vehicle i didnt.i am afraid of whats next ,after only 1500 miles.i would not buy from seller again.the vehicle is a 2011 jeep liberty.also seller said this was a good vehicle'\.my name is joseph categna

I would give "0" stars if I could. These guys are absolutely unproffesional. They will only talk nice until they sell the car, after that they won't care about anything. They said the car I bought had no problems other than a broken camera, the car had an oil leak in multiple places and coolant leaking the first day I bought it. They said that they had fixed everything before selling it but I had to get the brakes replaced only a couple momths after buying it. Not only that but the AC compressor blew up shortly after that which costed over 1k to replace. It doesn't end there, the car has been making a weird clunkimg noise since I bought it and the dealer's mechanic denies hearing it. I also learned that the cars suspension is broken and needs to be replaced. I was told by multiple mechanics that the car is junk and that I should get rid of it as soon as possible. I went to get another oil leak fixed at Nissan yesterday and they told me that everything was rusted and that the exhaust pipe could break and fall any moment and it costs over 1k to replace. I have spent over 1.5k in just 4 months of having the car and there are still problems which will cost me more than 2k to get repaired. You should not even get close to buying anything from here. If you do, take the car to your own mechanic, their mechanic will lie to you that there are no problems. The dealer has not in anyway offered help after telling him about all these problems and still denies that the car is junk.

Owner was straight-forward and honest. Vehicles were well priced. The 05 trailblazer I bought was in good mechanical condition, as represented.

Andrew is very easy to work with and he even let us come after hours. There is something wrong with the car but we knew that when we bought it and he is going to mail us the part hopefully we have no problems we will see what happens hopefully we don't have to change our review !

I was very comfortable from the moment I stepped onto the lot until the moment I drove away in my (new to me) car. This lot is large enough to hold a wide variety of vehicles while being small enough not to be overwhelming. The owner Ernie was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful without being pushy. The staff had my car washed and ready for me that day. I highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a great used car at a reasonable price!

I was shopping for a reliable used car for my teenage daughter when I spied this car on cars.com. Ernie (the owner) responded to my email inquiry promptly, which was expected of course but not always a guarantee in any business. I met him in person a few days later to check out the car. I knew immediately that Ernie was an honest businessman. I am a tax lawyer so I have seen more than my share of shady characters. Ernie was so pleasant to deal with, took care of all the details, and even had the car brought over to my driveway so I could surprise my daughter. A day later a little minor thing was wrong with the car; Ernie told me where to take it to replace the bulb and to 'put it on his account'. I can't say enough about this guy and I will be recommending him to ALL my friends!!!
