My overall experience with Palm Auto Brokers was exceptional. I have to be honest that I came into this buying experience with very low expectations given my past experiences buying used cars at other lots here in the Tampa Bay Area. To my surprise, Kenny and his sales staff really went above and beyond to give me a fair trade-in value on my Mazda RX8 not to mention a good deal the Prius I purchased. The buying process took much less time than I had expected and was out the door in under two hours. Although this was my first car purchase from Palm Auto Brokers, it won't be my last. I really felt like they wanted my business. They also treated me with respect regardless of my credit challenges. I didn't feel as if I was being judged. These are things that are hard to find these days when buying a car. I will certainly give them my business when it's time to purchase my next car.

Best experience I have had buying a car, staff was very helpful

We've been to numerous car dealerships within Hillsborough and Pinellas county. Only to be either denied or asked for some outrageous down payment. Were more than grateful for the treatment and professionalism of the Palm Auto Brokers promise to deliver. This is the most reliable auto company around. Period.

Out of the many auto dealers we went to, Palm Auto Brokers was the ONLY one that someone met us in the lot and said "hello", shortly after we got out of our car. That counts! They were nice to work with and very helpful getting financing at competitive rate.

Ed was awesome. He called us the day before to verify that the car we were looking at was still available. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. Had a great time buying a car. :)

My sales guy Ed was very nice and Ken worked really hard to get me financed with zero credit and little money down. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and worked with me to get me the car I want at the price I wanted to pay! Really great experience. I would highly recommend them.
