We did our research on line and had an idea of what auto we were interested in. Ken was friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and did not provide any undue pressure on us to make a decision. We arrived on the lot at about 6:45 on a Friday evening and were driving home with a used 2017 Kia Optima by 9:30.

The level of customer service I received was excellent. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that I scheduled and appointment ahead of time and let them know that I would be waiting during my service, but just an oil change took 2 hours. I was told it would be an hour. Had I known it would take that long, I wold have made arrangements to be picked up instead of waiting at the dealership.

I had set up for an oil change and a recall to be done on my Terrain. I was told it would take around 2 hours to get everything done. They did it in an hour and fifteen minutes. I was able to get on with my day much earlier.
