easy to make an appointment. greeted and registered as soon as I arrived. went over all the work items to be performed. representative referred to my previous visits to know what I wanted and what I didn't want. received an accurate estimate of when the work would be completed. received a printout of recommended service and costs still needing to be done. comfortable waiting room with snacks.

Service Advisor was immediately available. Service Advisor informed me what service was needed. Service was completed on vehicle as informed upon service write up. Vehicle was returned washed. I waited in lounge during service. Lounge had comfortable seating and environment. Very good overall experience.

Adrian was the most professional, knowledgeable car

Adrian was the most professional, knowledgeable car salesmen I've ever dealt with. He took the time to explain every aspect of the Telluride, a vehicle I was not very familiar with except for the high ratings by car reviewers. He did the same with my wife a few days later. We felt 100% comfortable making the decision to purchase the Telluride based upon our experience with Adrian!

My experience at Gerald is aways a pleasant one. Knowing that my vehicle is treated right like it was their own. That's the confidence and trust I have from the service team to their mechanics. Luke has been extremely helpful as to my vehicle's needs.
