I purchased a 2024 Prosche Cayenne S 12/14/2023. Verbally i was told by the salesman and closeout person that I would recieve a no cost oil change at 10,000 miles and 20,000 Porsche has an App that provides multiude of information Including when to get a oil change. It notified me 6/16/2025 and 10 200 miles that I needed an oil change. When I called service they informed me that I could not get the 10,000 mile oil change as I should have been 12/14,2024. I expect to recieve what the dealer said they were going to do.

I purchased a 2024 Porsche Cayenne S 12/14/2023 Verbally the salesman and the person that did the paperwork said that I would have no cost oil change at 10,000 miles and 20,000 miles. i explained to both I did not drive a lot and would be over a year before I would need an oil change. Porsche has an app that mointors and provides information. 6/16/2025 the app noted that the milage was 10,200 miles and needed an oil change. I called the service department and was told the no cost oil change was for 1 year and ii could use the 2nd year. I expect to receive the what I was told at the sale 12/13/2013.
