I didn’t get very far with this dealership. The salesman I spoke with was more interested in defending the company’s numerous additional charges, fees and saying things like they’re in order with other dealerships. He didn’t seem to be at all interested in my needs or concerns and how he could help me with the vehicle I was interested in. I guess if you are looking at a higher end sports car you shouldn’t be concerned with price. However I’m not a wealthy individual, and the car was to be a gift to myself for retirement while I’m still young enough to get in and out of these smaller sports cars. I will continue my search. Maybe a different salesman would be willing to listen to my concerns.

Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.
