o Lundy ​ Currently receiving service for my Porsche Panamera at Braman Porsche West Palm. My Service advisor Krystal has been attentive thus far. The multiple point inspection was correct as I'm a Porsche owner that treat my car like a part of family. I like the due diligence the Porsche Gold star mechanic is giving to my vehicle. Just two things I question have been the transparency of pricing and process. The backstory is my key fob was accidentally pulled out of ignition while in park. This locked up ignition possible setting off anti theft. The only option that was told to me is we need to replace ignition for $1006.00. I didnt even get to ask question of is it anti theft, and can we reprogram key fobs also check the anti theft to reset? Secondly, I question is getting a loaner was not easy. I live in Port st lucie, I had to make another trip to dealership to get loaner. It was not til I called Loaner department, did I get get a text from Krystal stating they did have loaner ready. No harm no foul Krystal was on top of it and got my loaner. It was little pricy for a simple key pulled out of ignition while car was in park. But I trust Gold start professional mechanics. I will let you all know with Part 2. I pick my car up later next week.

I'm uncertain whether I would recommend this dealership.

I'm uncertain whether I would recommend this dealership. I had my car serviced and they were super! I leased a base Macan from Alan 38 months ago and contacted him 4 months ago to talk about the return date and my options. He was very nice and talked with me to tell me that I needed to order a new car, because I had a budget for my lease payment and needed a base model. Since that point I have left one message and sent 3 emails (confirming his email) to him concerning the options since my lease is over. I have heard nothing from him. Seems as though he was not interested in following-up or working with me. The dealership sends me stock emails. I have gone to another FL dealer and purchased an S model with a higher price than originally discussed. I feel as though I was not important as a repeat customer in Palm Beach.

After my Q5 was declared a total loss and being in Audis

After my Q5 was declared a total loss and being in Audis for years, I decided to visit Porsche WPB to see a Macan. I can’t say enough great things about my experience here. Having sold cars in the past, I had high expectations for whomever I would work with. Nick in sales was above and beyond in every way, especially in making sure I was choosing a car that was everything I wanted. Having the totaled auto loan payment still pending, I felt stuck and in need of a car but Marlin in finance fought for me - Now working in a law firm fighting for our clients, I simply put felt right at home from beginning to end. I just took home my first Porsche, and as they say, first of many. Thank you again to everyone I worked with in this dealership.

I recently purchased a 911 Turbo S.
