Misleading advertising

Drove three hours to see this van. They told me it was cherry. It only had 75000 miles. The sales woman told me it was in a garage all its life. Not at all. Grease all over inside. I was shocked. In fact the vehicle had been wrecked and they did not even tell me before I left. Don't trust these people. Plus the sales woman knows nothing about there vehicles.

Thanks for business

Very good service, good car price in comparison to competitors. Friendly staff, and gave me advice financially. Wide selection of cars to choose from and to try to drive. I recommend to do business with!

Very dissapointed

This correspondence regards the 2006 Acura TL that I took delivery on January 25, 2019. I was attracted to this car due to its low mileage and being a satisfied owner of a 2003 Acura TL. The sales person was Kelly Davis. Mr. Davis made several assurances and commitments that were misleading or false. I asked if the audio system worked properly and was told that it did via text message. This isn’t the case. There is no sound in any speakers but the rear center one. The 2006 Acura TL came with eight speakers, front, rear side, plus built-in Bluetooth. I mentioned the missing key lock cover on the driver’s door but nothing has been done about this after being told it would be provided. After being able to drive the car, I saw that the VSA indicator came on and stayed on. After contacting a local authorized dealer, I learned that this feature, “Vehicle Stability Assist,” was malfunctioning and should be diagnosed further. That would be at my expense by the way. On my way home this evening, the check engine light came on and I had it looked at via AutoZone. They said the O-2 sensor was bad and that the error had been reset by a mechanic or dealer without any repair being done. This item can cost $130.00 and I'd need a mechanic to replace it for additional expense. Reviewing the documents provide, there are NO signatures from your dealership on ANY of these forms, although mine are there. Also, I had to fill out forms at your location from Coastal Credit for references, siblings and landlords, NONE of which were mentioned beforehand. I am quite disappointed with this car and the experience so far as well as what I expected. I want to know if your dealership will address these issue or consider taking it back as a trade on another Acura.

Love my Mazda!!!

Love my Mazda! Kelly is freaking amazing! When my husband gets his new car this year, I’ll got to Kelly first! This place has so many cars and all are amazing!!!

Got approved for 07 charger srt8!

Whole purpose of coming down is I sold my caliber srt In Cincinnati ohio and stopped by mac to look at some srt8 and drove a charger srt8 and got approved! Kelly Davis great salesmen

Very unfortunate

I was interested in a vehicle advertised on the website of the dealership. I was ignored and dismissed by 2 sales reps. Morgan was very nice and informative initially. After sending an initiation text, I responded and never heard back from Morgan. No acknowledgement that she received my messages or answers to my questions. I dismissed it assuming she was busy. I called the dealership and got Kelley. He also was helpful and a little pushy initially. I expected it from a sales rep, this isn't my first time. After completing the credit application that Kelley eagerly stressed. I never heard back from him. I called the dealership asking for answers, didn't talk to Kelley but later got a text from him. Still no answers to my questions but instead excuses. I expressed my frustration with getting answers and help as I would be traveling over 2 hours to purchase the car. He clearly was unconcerned. I have kept the record of his response. It was the most disrespectful response Ive ever received. Ive been in contact with countless dealerships and never so turned off. The message was full of excuses and arrogant remarks. Still no answers and now no purchase because I refuse to spend my coins and be disrespected.

great prices

This place has excellent prices. I live in florida and did a search for 1000 miles on a Ford fusion. Midwest Automotive connection had the best price beating all other competitors by almost 1200 dollars. My salesperson was excellent as well. Very happy !!!!!!!
