Great prices

I went in to midwest automotive not expecting to be approved on anything but however I worked with david and their financial team and before the day was over i left there with my dream car, thanks guys

Wasn't bad

Wasn't a bad dealership. However, they have a lot of junk. The car we were looking at to buy had a bad engine. The salesman are nice.

Florence location--AMAZING

Bought my Legacy from the Florence location, and Kevin Brinkman offered excellent customer service. He quickly let me know what I was eligible for and helped me pick the perfect car. Definitely sending people I know his way.

not willing to negotiate

be prepared to pay what is advertised, they are a "wholesaler" and do not negotiate on their prices no matter what the condition of the car.

Thanks Guys

I like to say that when I first walked into the sales floor the atmosphere was open and friendly. the sales personnel was very friendly and easy to talk to. They listen and wanted to help you find what you where looking for and not what they wanted to sale. Evenafter I purchase my truck I still stop by to talk. How ever I did have a issue during financing the finance manger got involved and cleared the problem. I continue to stop by looking for my next (second) vehicle!

Problem after Problem

I bought a 2003 SUV from this dealer in July 2016 for $5500. I'm a realist so I understand routine maintenance of a vehicle. Since the purchase, I've put over $4000 in repairs to this vehicle on things I was assured were in good condition (brakes, power steering). I have had one issue after another with this vehicle since about a month after I purchased it. The car leaks in two different places on the inside, some components of the stereo do not work, and the amount of repairs I've had to do are ridiculous. I'll never buy a car from this place, or any other used car lot EVER again.

Extremely rude manager

Manager was very rude and mean. Did not care that I was interested in a car and was serious about a purchase. I am so happy I did not get a car from them and will not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Most of their cars have been wrecked and put together poorly. Prices too high and they don't haggle at all
