THE BEST DEALER IN BROOKLYN

i bought a toyota camry 2013 and they are really amazing, the treat us well, amazing service, the people here are really professional. i recommend this dealer to all my friends looking to buy a car.. best dealer in the world.

Words can not describe how grateful i am ! thank you so much to prestige motor sales for going beyond any dealer i visited they truly help you with everything from start ti finch the minuet I walked into there location I found the help i needed knowledgeable sales person who helped with the car i found online i was asking about with not much hope of me being able to drive it home due to my past walk ins with other dealers every time i showed them what i want they try to put me in something else because of my credit.but not here at prestige i got my 2010 Acura tl i got a great deal they took care of everything with maitness,wash, detail,and even my auto insurance with no additional fees i could not find any good insurance and Gigi took the time to help me shop around to avoid getting auto insurance through a broker and saved me a lot of money thank you so much!

went for one but got a better!

I went to buy one car but when I got there, I saw another one that I liked better. GiGi was very knowledgeable in her sales. They were patient and kind. She helped me with insurance and explained everything. My car came with a 2 yr. warranty. All is well.

Great Customer Service

I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received byGigi, General Manager. I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetimes. Without a doubt, GiGi has been the best sales person I have dealt with. From my first call to her, she was professional and responded to me quickly regarding a car I was interested in. She worked well with me to discuss my needs. Everything she did was honest, straight forward and she delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny, new car as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure that I was a happy customer. I sincerely hope that everyone who goes to Prestige gets the great professional customer service form her and the rest of the employees that I have received.

Great Experience Ever!!! Two Thumbs Up!!

Once I walked into the office, I knew that I was in the right place. The representative name GeeGee is awesome! She is all about taking care of business and this wasn't an all day transaction. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership!!!!!!

Amazing staff helped me get an affordable car!

Had a great experience with this dealership,I am a single mother and had a lot of bumps in the road caused my credit to became very poor and my budget was not large due to my other financial obligations. both owner and the finance manager were superb and friendly and real helped me find a reliable car in my budget and a bank that accepted me with both my credit and the little down payment i was able to put down.They helped me out through the whole processes and did everything needed for deliver they offered the plates for my car on the spot and they serviced the car completely did oil change inspection checked my tires and changed my brakes and gave me a wonderful car wash.thank you guys so much i appreciate your help an great customer service and will be sure to send my friends and family your way!

Dude just hangs up!!!

So i called the lot number on the website (718) 686-6644. Someone picks up and says hello, i began explaining that i was calling to get clarification on how that cars are priced online and dude hangs up. Talk about rude!
