This place is absolutely garbage they have nice looking cars bt they are rusted trash the owner came to me and we shook on a deal because he knew he was going to make alot of money off it I was just selling for what I owe bt he went back on his word also I drove 45min to look at a truck bt when I got there they sold it a week ago so lies after lies I was going to buy a 2017 ford escape beautiful car looked underneath nothing but rust just check there reviews and that will answer your question waste of time and money a deal is a deal bt not to these guys

By far the worst costumer service ever ! I literally bought a vehicle from there and I still haven’t even got the vehicle because there was a noise from the front tire they were going to fix it’s been almost a month and they can’t even tell me where my vehicle is ! I call multiple times and all they can tell me is its at a different shop because their mechanics can’t fix it !! Jamie is absolutely a joke of a sales rep and shouldn’t even be in the business of costumers … truth is don’t buy from this company it will be a mistake !

These guys absolutely suck, If you speak to Richard, he will lie until he gets you there and will try to screw you over as soon as you get there, I don’t care how pretty the vehicle is, they all seem to mechanically be piles of junk, the buy them from auction in any mechanical condition (all vehicles seem to be in poor running condition), then put them on the lot to sell them, if you ask for the vin, you can check websites to see how much they paid for them at auction. I will never buy any vehicle from them, I’m now purchasing a vehicle from wolfgangs auto repair and dealer, they are much more professional and out of 4 vehicles I test drove, all of them run and drive flawlessly and they even offer rebuilt title vehicles if you want a certain car but it’s a little out of your budget(just a recommendation if someone wants to shop at a smaller dealership. I hope this helps whoever reads it.

The absolute WORST car buying experience I’ve ever had. 1 star was the lowest rating I could give. I wish I could give 0 stars because buying a vehicle from them was a complete and utter disaster. Honestly just avoid this dealership at all costs. They’re true car salesmen. They give you the run around and promise this and that and they simply can’t deliver. The sales manager Shawn ain’t worth a xxxx. Full of empty promises and the lack of communication is just god awful. A solid 1 out of 10. I stand behind my 0 star rating. This place sucks.

This Dealership is the most unprofessional company I have every bought a car from. They don't speak English and they say they going to fix things and never do. They never send you tag and Texas to the tag office for you to get tag. They don't answer the phone. When you take your car in they keep it for weeks without fixing it.

I saw a truck on the lot so I called and spoke to Richard and told him I was interested. I made an appointment to see the truck the next day. I told him by text that I live in McDonough so it would take an hour to get there. I texted him before I left and told him I was in the way way. No response but ai went anyway. When I got to Duluth I called and I was informed that Richard was off. Yep off even though the day before he and I made an appointment. So then I asked about the truck and the person that had answered the phone informed that it was not there because another salesman took it home. I really don’t believe that but anyway after reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t buy there. They are ridiculous.

Laras Trucks employees will tell anyone anything just to sell a vehicle that isn't even worth my used toilet paper. Don't buy from this place. I was thankful enough to listen to my gut and look at the reviews before I purchased a vehicle from them. Carlos and especially Richard and huge crooks. Strongly advise to go to an actual dealership such as Ford, Chevy, GMC, etc.

I put 1/2 of a down payment on the 2012 Buick enclave on 10/ 11/20 they agreed to do a wheel alignment and 2 new front tires the next day. And come and get my husband and I to pay the other1/2 of the down payment and pick up the vehicle. They kept lieing about the time so we I said forget it we changed our minds. So I called back and said come get us tomorrow. Picked the vehicle up on 10/13 drove it 10/14 and smoke was coming out of the tail pipes NO OIL was on the stick and a strange noise from the dashboard. They came and picked it up from my house 2 days later and said nothing is wrong with it and haven't given us our money back. Sent us a letter stating that their going to repo the vehicle if we dont come n get it from the car lot ? How Dumb!! We dont want it!! Had it less than 48 hours and something is wrong with. And they didnt do the wheel alignment either. I HATE THE DAY I EVER INQUIRED ABOUT ANY OF THEIR VEHICLES. WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK THEY ALREADY HAVE THEIR VEHICLE.!!!! THEY ARE AUTO FRAUD CAR LOT THAT SELL GOOD LOOKING LEMON VEHICLES AND TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY. IVE CALLED THE COMPLAINT MANAGER AND THE NUMBER THEY HAVE LISTED FOR THE OWNER BOTH OF THE NUMBERS ARE CELL PHONE NUMBERS AND THEY JUST RING AND GO TO THE VOICEMAIL THATS NOT SET UP!!! IF I KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW ABOUTVTHIS COMPANY I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT THAT WAY!!! NOW IM WAITING ON MY MONEY FROM THEM TO FIND ME ANOTHER VEHICLE WE DONT HAVE TRANSPORTATION. AND PUT 3000 DOWN FOR A VEHICLE THAT THEY RIGGED UP TO SALE! IM EXTREMELY MAD, PISSED, UPSET, DISGUSTED, AND TOTALLY HURT! I WILL NEVER TELL ANY HUMAN BEING TO GO TO THEM FOR NOTHING!!!!

I bought a 07 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. They knew of several repairs that needed to be done within a few days of purchase including a catalytic converter. I Brought the car over on a Monday to be fixed. They told me each day that it would be ready all the way until Friday afternoon. When I got there one of the mechanics was in my Jeep with a part in the back. They used my car to go and pick up parts! Within hours of me leaving there the check engine light reappeared. I tried calling the Manager Elliot over 10 times and he's never there. Within a few days my Jeep broke down completely and I ended up coming out of pocket to fix the catalytic converter plus a bad water pump. They refuse to call you back or offer any assistance with your issues. This place is a complete joke. Stay Away from the glossy exterior of the trucks. IT'S A TRAP!
