Stay away from this place they the cars and trucks are junk,they lie about fixing them,they keep our truck for 2 weeks acting like they fixed but didn't fix it,we only had our truck for 2 days ,but we are taking them to court PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I traded my car and purchased a car from Laras only to find out 1 month later that they have not paid off my traded in vehicle. They said that they would overnight the payment, but here it is 5 days later and I'm still getting notices from my previous auto lender. GO ELSEWHERE! There are many other dealerships and lots on the Satellite Blvd strip try them out instead.

Purchased a SUV that's falling to pieces a few months later. Already in a deep hole worth $4500 over and above. I don't know how these people sleep at night... They will steal from their own mothers.

I worked with Nina in sales. She was very helpful and made the process easy. The dealership had a large inventory of 4x4 trucks so I could look at multiple makes and models. Great experience!

Best looking trucks right off the lot. Also the alignments are on point. Had to ask what shop they bring them to and they use the best one in area. Global alliance motorsports. Super great choice.

I made an appointment to see your car. I was asked to come 90 minutes later. I agree to come 90 minutes later. I show up and the car is not there. The sales manager apologizes and says it will be another 90 minutes. He said he would take care of it. He apologized. And he said he would call me when it was there. It is now two hours later and still no phone call. They have wasted three hours of my day and they are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Very unorganized and everyone in the showroom looked upset and irritated that was waiting for service.

Only an idiot would go to Lara’s to buy anything after seeing these reviews, including mine. Our son’s SUV was purchased there. It cost $6,500 and then required $4,000 in repairs shortly after purchase. They scam, lie, and deceive. They put fancy wheels on the cars, and if you don’t want them, you make the purchase and then they say leave the car there for a day so they can take the fancy wheels off, and pick it up the next day. Needless to say, they must take other things out of the car and replace with inferior parts while they take the fancy wheels off. There is no recourse, as your purchase is AS IS. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY’RE STILL IN BUSINESS. THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN A LONG TIME AGO.

What a joke of a car dealership. We purchased a vehicle in March 2019 and 10 months later still waiting for the WE OWE YOU PART of our deal. After multiple calls to follow up and never receiving a return call I have reached my limit. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go this place is a classic rip off and will say anything and promise anything to sale a vehicle. 10 months and they have still not honored their part of the deal!!!!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM LARA'S TRUCKS CHAMBLEE GA - LEMON DEALER 2008 Dodge Charger - Looks good on the outside - everything wrong under the hood and everywhere else. May 2019 reviewed this Car on CARFAX with my Grandson. Bought the Car from Laras Trucks Chamblee Ga and have had nothing but problems with the Car. Notified them but of course they didn't care nor did the Owner or Person in charge of Complaints ever call us back. We spent almost as much as we paid just to get the Car working. They told us the Car was fine but as soon as we brought it home had a major Oil leak. Oil Pan problems and Oil Plug Problems. Shift Cable broke, Oil Pressure Unit broke, Ignition Switch broke, Door Locks and Window Switch broke. Engine Oil Galley Plug missing and I could go on an on. These People seen us coming, a Grandmother and her 18 year old Grandson - easy People to rip off. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM LARA'S TRUCKS CHAMBLEE GA

I just purchased a Toyota Corolla from this dealership. Took it to Pep Boys where they also failed to tell me that the car was leaking transmission fluid. I'm assuming Lara's did some shady things to quick fix this crack because it was leaking by the time I parked it in my driveway 70 miles later. Today I dropped it off at the dealership. It did pass emissions but they informed me that the TRANSMISSION PAN IS CRACKED.... Now it needs a new pan and gasket. I now get to spend $650 on a car that I just purchased. So very thankful that the car came with an "as is" buyers guide. After being more than pleasant with you guys, I waited 45 minutes for the car to be brought around to get it inspected then waited for the filters to be changed after I returned.... To be sent home without an emissions test because it wouldn't pass until after I drove it 80 miles and a bag of hot Cheetos in the middle console. I am beyond disgusted that I am in the situation and will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. I worked with Tony and Carlos. Both completely clueless except for the fact that they knew were screwing me over.
