I was not really looking to buy a truck, but Chris did a great job of presenting exactly what I what I liked. There was no pressure, it was just a casual conversation. I traded in a F250 which I purchased from Metro Ford in 2019. Also, It was an easy decision to use Metro because the truck service department has been great to work with the last 6 years.

Linda was fantastic.

Linda was fantastic. She communicated very well, and everything lined up with what she said. Finance department was great as well, and I was in and out in no time.

I bought a Mach-e in January 2025, and I am still waiting

I bought a Mach-e in January 2025, and I am still waiting on my Ford Promise Charger. I was told Donald Graham is the only person that knows how request my charger. He would not answer the phone or my emails for 6 months. I had to drive up there to tell him that Ford EV Support has been trying to reach him for 2 months to tell him how to fix my issue. He still will not answer the phone when they call him. Very unprofessional!

Donnie called back after I left this review, first time he called me or Ford EV Support back. We called Ford EV together and they told him how to re-enroll my car for the Ford Promise. Haven’t heard anything since and I have tried to reach out for a status update to Ford and Metro Ford of OKC.

Linda was very helpful and courteous.

I have purchased a number of automobiles over the years. Charles is at the very top of the list in regard to knowledge, honesty, communication skills and transparency. Donnie was efficient, helpful and honest and did a great job in assisting us. Because of these two gentlemen, we would rate Metro as stellar! The dealership itself was clean and modern.

The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they

The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they made me feel like a part of a family. I was not pushed to purchase anything only the negotiated car price , processing fee $599 and $10 tax. They listened to my concerns about the used car I was looking and added brand new tires, charged Freon and did rims touch up and detailed my car perfectly.Also free oil changes for the life of the car. The sales reps Wesley and Kendall were very attentive and never pushy. Highly recommend Metro Ford!

As usual, everyone professional, helpful, and kind. Brian Chan very knowledgeable, and probably the main reason I keep coming back! He never stops helping me find what I want and is very detail oriented on product knowledge. Service department also one of the best I’ve ever worked with. Go Metro!
