I found supreme Motors 2 years ago, after doing a relentless search for what I wanted I found it at Supreme. It was a 2018 q7 Audi prestige, fast forward 2 years later that car was Totalled due to minor Bumper Damage and rear floor damage...I researched Supreme again for the last month in half, as it takes me time to pull the trigger... Looked at hundreds of different vehicles with 100s of other dealers.....watched every vehicle come an go out of jeffs lot....always had my eye on a certain one 2022 BMW x7, an when I went an seen jeff on saturday, I got in it an thats all it took. I found My New Unicorn..It Drives like a Dream an I keep pinching myself waiting to wake up.....Jeff is a ROCKSTAR, So laidback an easy to deal with, sure he a salesman, but he is also an Owner, which means he has Big Skin in the game..Knowledge is power an he has plenty of it....Just Know this, if you step onto Supremes Lot you are going to find the most Beautiful an supreme looking cars on the west Coast, meticulously maintained, clean carfax, shined an primed.There are plenty of used cars out there but if you truly do ur homework, You should end up at Supreme.... We went to check out a vehicle, and it had a lot of touch-up paint that didn't match the color of the vehicle. I'm glad I looked the vehicle over a second time before I spent over 40k. I went back to negotiate the price due to all the scratches and scrapes, but the manager, Jeffery, or whatever his name was, didn't want to hear it. He told me, "They would rather sell to a customer with a trade because they would make more profit, which is understandable! I ended up going online and found a nicer vehicle 2 years newer with fewer miles and in perfect condition for the same price. I should have searched at other locations at the beginning because the biggest mistake I made was going to this poorly managed FLY BY NIGHT used car dealership in Auburn. The only person who had it together was your salesperson. I'm sure glad I didn't purchase a vehicle from you. I surely won't be recommending your business to any of my family or friends for sure! All I can say is that your unprofessional behavioral response is what it is! Good luck being you in this business! By they way you sorry excuse for a human! I'm not your BOY!
