I've purchased or helped others purchase any cars! This is by far the best experience I've had at any dealership. I called RDU about my favorite Audi A5 sportback. Told them I'm flying down from Philadelphia to see the car and to hold so I didn't take a trip for nothing. One of the guys promised it will be held until I arrived. Got there at 4pm next day and car was clean and ready to test drive. No Hiddin fees! Great price! No hassle. Discussed warranty and salesman worked several different plans to fit my budget. Here's the kicker! The car had a issue that effected the heat that I didn't realize until driving halfway back to Philly. Heat was fine during test drive it seemed. I called RDU and they allowed me to take the car to the Audi dealer in Fort Washington PA for full diagnostic and repair! RDU paid for both! I couldn't believe a dealership was this honest and helpful! Especually after they've already had my payment and business and i was nearly 400 miles away. If you guys read this thank you for your integrity! Please continue to be different than many shady dealers!

Very prompt communications. I was nervous buying a car online sight unseen but after reading their reviews and their personal contact to me made me feel comfortable. The video was a big help and they answered my questions promptly and honestly. They were more than willing to ship the car to Maine and made the whole buying experience very easy. Inquired about a vehicle with a gentleman named Omar. He did not follow through with the information I needed. Specifics: the automobile had 91,000 miles and was at the "timing belt mandatory replacement" stage. He said he didn't know if it had been replaced or not, but knew a business within 5 minutes that could help with that. Last conversation I had with Omar was he was going to take it down there and get back with me. Never heard back from him.

Hands down a great dealership! Omar helped me during the purchase of my Mazda 3 which I got at a great deal! Not expensive and only 26k miles! Omar was AMAZING! Super nice and friendly. I couldn’t have asked to work with a better salesman. He was not pushy and did not hassle me like most car salesmen. He was considerate and wanted to make sure I was 100% positive about purchasing my car before I did. He told me there was no rush in my decision and that he didn’t want me to have any regrets. When test driving the car I only noticed a couple of speakers that were blown and the BSM light was blinking (otherwise in pristine condition). When I returned from my test drive I told Omar about it and he immediately spoke to his manager and assured me that they were going to take care of both at no extra cost to me which they did (with no hesitation.) I had even told him how much my daughter loved teslas because they had 2 on the lot at the time of my purchase and when I went to pick up my car he was kind enough to make her entire day by giving her a test ride in a Tesla! I can’t express enough how awesome my experience was working with them. I would be more than willing to make another trip to RDU Auto again in the future for my next car purchase. Great place, great staff, great car! Do yourself a favor and go check them out!

Not happy with customer service received when purchasing 2011 Ford Mustang. High pressure environment led to poor purchase decision. Nothing but trouble from care since purchase. Do not buy here!!!!

Extremely easy to work! No hassle, no aggravation, fast and courteous! We drove nearly 3 hours to find a vehicle and it was worth the trip. Omar and the team at RDU were by far the best dealership we have every worked with. The bank said the same thing.
