Great Service

We bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Express crew cab. Our salesman Bob Hauptman was recommended to us by another customer. Working with him was a good experience. He was very professional and down to earth. At some dealerships, you encounter high pressure salesmen who make you feel uncomfortable. Bob was not pushy. Ryan Jackson, sales manager, gave us the deal we couldn't refuse. I taught him in high school, so he knew I expected a straight forward sales approach. He worked hard to get us to an acceptable price. The truck had to be detailed with running boards and the service dept. got our truck to us in a timely manner. Everyone was nice from the parts lady to the cashier and everyone in between. We left very satisfied.

Great service, friendly people!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from "Neek" at All Star Ford in Denham Springs. I love my vehicle and Neek was great to work with. She was very helpful and friendly as well as, Ricky, who we also met with. My only complaint is that when I got home I realized there was no inspection sticker on the car so I brought it back 2 days later and it was quickly taken care of by the service dept.
