Great Service
My car was being serviced for replacement of a tail light and Heater repair. I was not notified that my repairs would not be finished util the next day , in a timely manner. They started my repairs on Monday at 830 am. I called at 3 pm and was told that it would not be finished till the next day.. Since it was warranty work, I was entitled to obtain a rent car. This was taken care of but was very stressful since the rental place closed at 530. I did not get approval for my warranty company till 4 pm. I ended up having to miss a 5 pm appointment. I should have received a status call after 4 hours.. THank goodness I called at 3 pm..

2004 ford focus with locked steering wheel
After receiving the car midday on Wednesday it took two full days and multiple phone calls to get a diagnosis on Friday at 5:00. At one time I got the impress the service department was using caller ID to screen my calls. Once problem was identified it was midday Monday before we got the car back. I understand that to make money shops & their mechanics have to work on more than one cat at a time. I just felt that I was the very back burner.

2008 mustand shelby gt convertible
brought it in for an old change and tire rotation and fixing slow leak. they could not find the slow leak which means I may have trouble on a 4000 mile trip.

Great Service
Went for an oil change. It is never too busy and the waiting times are faster than any other place. Ask for Mr. Brian in the Service Dept. He is the best!

Dont hold your breath
3 day flat fix because they couldnt mount a truck tire for a vehicle they have in stock

Scheduled oil change-8:00 appt, called to check on status around 1:30 and was informed vehicle was ready. I have in the past waited and oil change completed in about an hour. The requirement to schedule appts seems to take longer to get routine vehicle serviced.
