I have alway gotten very great service at Brilliance Subaru. I am on my families third Subaru because of that professionalism.

Easiest most pleasant buying experience we've ever had.

Easiest most pleasant buying experience we've ever had. Only dealer that wasn't charging $2k over MSRP. Ask for Ed Troike. We ordered a car and in the time it took to come the interest rates went up, but they kept us a the rate we were quoted when we ordered the car! Ed took an hour to explain the features of the car to my daughter.

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Never had a more pleasant experience buying a car! This dealer was the only one we visited not charging $2k over MSRP. Ed explained all of the features of the car to my young daughter. In the time it took our car to arrive, interest rates went up but they kept us at the rate when we ordered the car! Wonderful experience!

Always excellent!

I have been coming here since I bought my Outback in 2018. Service is always excellent and the staff is friendly. They have a great work area and, as a bonus, a great coffee machine. Even when I have stopped by without notice, for example when my "low tire" light suddenly came on, they wereable to help me right away. After buying my car, my husband bought his new car here as well.

Recently I purchased a new Crosstrek at Brilliance

Recently I purchased a new Crosstrek at Brilliance Subaru. My sales associate was Ed Troike. He was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with going back over 40 years. While waiting for the car to be made/shipped Ed kept me up to date via email and phone on a regular basis. Upon arrival he spent a great deal of time explaining vehicle operation. I picked the car up on a Friday, he called the following Monday to see how things were going, and also called a week after that to see if I has any questions. He also gave me his phone number for any future questions. Visit Brilliance and be sure to work with Ed Troike. Ed and Brilliance Subaru were the best dealership I have ever used.
