Fantastic Buying Experience

I went into the dealership to begin looking for a new car, as my lease was expired in a few months. I had no plans to purchase or lease a car that day. Samira Magarov found me a car that had all of features that I was looking for and worked with her and Trey Dressler to put together a deal. We recently tried to lease a car from the Lexus dealership in Birmingham and that was a disaster. They said our trade-in was worth nothing and even after I told the limits on lease payment, they can back with a crazy number. The experience at Mercedes in Irondale was just the opposite. Samira mad my wife and I feel comfortable and actively worked with us to earn our business. I would highly recommend her when you are in the market for a Mercedes.

Service departm

I took my 2017 GLC 300 in for the 3rd recall only had to work on seat belt work was done quickly when they completed the work I saw my care leave the dealership I don’t know why when I got it back the seat was reclined all ways back and the radio station was changed I turned radio off before I got there the volume was turned all way up I didn’t bring the car in for employee entertainment thi happens ever time I take it in one time at Hover two times at Irondale

Walked in just to see the dealership, walked out with 2 cars

I have previously been a loyal BMW driver but came to the dealership just to see it. I meet Russell French and he turned out to be very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He had me in a test drive with zero hassle and after that the vehicles spoke for themselves. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, ask for Russell. You will have a good experience.

Great Customer Service

Worked with John Reynolds at the Hoover location and he was great. I went looking for a used car for my son and he did a great job. Worked with us on the purchase of our car and gave us a good trade in value on my car. He also went out of his way to track down the 2nd key from the previous dealership even after we bought our car. Great customer service and follow up. I would highly recommend John and will use for future purchases. Thanks

Excellent experience

We have leased/purchased 4 vehicles through Steve Carter and have always been extremely pleased with our experience. His patience and thoroughness make the transaction seamless. The new Irondale dealership is most impressive and all involved in our latest visit from Boubacar Thiam in finance to Caleb DeMars, who explained the new features, were exceptional.

Fantastic buying experience & customer service

Our salesman, Ross McCay, was very professional and helpful. We stopped by the dealership to test drive a particular model and ended up purchasing a new car on the spot. The dealership is very impressive. It is very obvious that customer service is a top priority.
