It was a great experience at Mercedes-Benz
It was truly a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham. I have always wanted a Mercedes, and I went to the dealership just to look around at my options. Our sales consultant, Jonathan McCoy, made the experience very enjoyable. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us several options, including a deal on a former C300 courtesy vehicle that I ended up buying. The entire team made sure we were taken care off, offered us snacks, and even took us out to dinner for our wait. The financing department worked well past 9p.m. to set up financing and ensure we could drive the car home that night. Jonathan went through all the details of the car to make sure we were covered. Turns out, he is from our community. Everyone was very nice, and I will be back to buy my next Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham.

First Class Honor, Respect, Loyalty
Good evening Mr. Ghali, I am a man at the midway through life at 58 1/2 years old. What you taught me was "Never look back, always look ahead". I lose may dad at the age of 86 five years ago this April, he was everything to me. I use to work as a young kid from 7-thur 12 years old. So I knew as growing up how hard he worked sometimes 14 hours days. So this week with your kindness and also sharing with me your life, cause my dads father came from Greece I was able to listen to your guiding light to me. How proud am I see you my light. You have me everything you were able to clam me down and make me see the light, even in my own crazy thoughts I had, you knew were I was coming from, that could only happen from someone thats grew up overseas as did my Grandfather. You Mr. Ghali Bazzi showed me the light, and help me pick up myself and keep moving. My dad and his brother had great followers in the flower business, and I saw it first hand how they talked to people in their need of happiness and grief. I have so many stories, and so now I found another man like my Grandfather, dad and his brother humble beginnings, and for some reason Mr. Powell knew just who to match me with, "Thank you Mr. Powell. The Mercedes-Benz C-250 is family now, its the first time I will have a good sleep in sevens weeks now. In the ned its all about personalities for me, I was looking for it for such a long time and now I can move forward pick myself back up and look towards the future, and what ever comes my way I know I have You Mr. Ghali Bazzi Mr. Powell and my family at MERCEDES-BENZ with me. What a beautiful German Driving Machine. Its classy, without being overly strong, its strong were you can go the speed limit and enjoying the drive knowing, "Now its not how fast I get their, But Enjoying The Journey In Style and Peace of Mine.

Comprehensive, yet quick
Greg was just simply great. He'll take care you. I tested three different vehicles at three different times, and I was never made to feel rushed to make a decision. My concierge Carl was also a pleasure to work with, as he helped me learn how to operate all the features the vehicle has.

Awesome Experience!

A pleasant and successful car-buying experience
Ghali is a friendly and effective salesman. He provided information in an efficient manner. As we worked through getting an insurance payout for a vehicle that was totaled in an accident, he reserved the car we wanted and trusted us in this unusual situation. Ghali is an ideal salesperson. Not good at all
I was attempting to get a service estimate on one of my Benz(s) a 1995. I called the dealer two days in a row, left VIN information and never received a call from the service department. On the last call which was a follow-up to a call that morning I was told that the service managers were gone for the day and that the service employees were extremely busy. I was then placed on hold for about 10-20 minutes at which time I simply hung up. With this type of treatment before even having service done I shutter to think of what service I would receive if I brought either of my cars in to this dealership.
