Came from far to be told they don't let you test drive without appointment ! I thought the call indicating I was coming and was told to come was the scheduling ! No one just comes but a car and not test drive it ! Ridiculous ! Poor customer service ! ??

Just finished buying my 2007 bmw from Atlantic auto group and I loved the costmer service and they helped me through everything they had an answer for every question I threw at them. I read the reviews before heading over I seen alot of angry people but I still took the chance. Idk why everyone so upset with this dealer ship they were get with me people need to under to fiance a car you need good credit to have low pAyments it's the same in any other dealer ship. My experience was wonderful and the price was just right for me.

The way they treated was not good. One of the guy helped me to show the vehicles. They might have different internet prices then the cars.com prices. It was a bad experience for me, Sorry to say this.

It was really a great experience buying at this dealership. Mark was very patient and helpful in finding the perfect car we were looking for. We are very happy with everything and would suggest this dealership and especially Mark to anyone who is looking for a nice car.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in and out within 2 hours. Seriously, 2 hours. I had a budget and on first try they got me $15 over my said budget. No trickery or salesman tactics. I would recommend them to any and all looking to get a used car.
