This dealership gains access to your credit report and runs your credit with numerous kwnders without your approval. They are most unprofessional, rude and refuse to remove the information from your credit report..Vehicles are overpriced and seem to prey on individuals with bad credit. Everyone's credit is not bad..Mine isn't and didn't need 6 to 7 inquiries at once.I always get my own financing. Shady and sheisty and should be banned from traveling town to town with tent events.

Paul and Barnes Crossing of Starkville are Shyster

My niece purchased a vehicle from the dealership special sales event in Batesville this week and was cheated with a bait and switch scheme on a vehicle. She was trying to purchase a 2018 Camry but he switched her to a 2021. He told her because it had fewer miles. After the papers were signed her husband noticed the door did not line up properly. Thats when Paul the salesman discosed that the vehicle had been a rental and had been wrecked. He refused to do anything about the transaction and disclosed that she would have to make her first payment on the vehicle before could see about "switching" vehicles. This is to let you know the vehicle will be parked accoss the street with Paul and Barnes Crossing of Starkville on it so people can see how big a crook he is and Barnes crossing of Starkville is for condoning this type of sales.

The most lier dealership in the entire state.....

The most lier dealership in the entire state. They increase the car price after we agreed on the total price. They told me, we don't like customers like you. we don't like customers to xxxx us. The employee Taylor and his manager were very rude to me and they kicked me out of the dealership because I told them to clean the car if I am going to pay extra money. the maker told me to come outside for a fight because I told him to listen and respect your customer.

Lied about car being sold

Had agreed on a price and was suppose to pick it up today. Had buyers order and everything....called this morning to make sure we were good to go and they stated it sold last night....the car is now listed for $4,000 more than what it was yesterday....called and talked to different sales person and stated it is still for sale....just not at the same price....so basically they had the price listed wrong and wasted my time and did not want to own up to it...please do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. Its not worth the hassle...look at all the 1 start reviews on them...also extremely hard to contact...never answers the phone and very rude

Purchased my Hyundai 12/17. Brought up concerns of it jerking as I drive up hills. Was rudely assured that everything was fine. Well now it jerks much worse and mechanics are telling me I need to pay 4,000 to fix it! I feel like I should NOT BE HAVING THIS MUCH TROUBLE AFTER ONLY HAVING IT FOR THIS SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME WITH IT ONLY HAVING 50,000 miles at the time of purchase! And I’ve had it in the shop twice before now! I’m PIIIIIIIIISSed!!!! GET YOUR CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! They ought to be ashamed of themselves!

I would Like to thank Mrs. Ann Akins for all she did for me today! As soon I pulled up on the lot, I knew I had come to the right place! She told me straight up we going to put you something today. She did just that and to the rest of the staff that worked so hard to find something would fit my budget..I sincerely thank you guys! This my first major purchase and they made the experience comfortable and relaxing! Ask for Ann - Superior Service

Ask for Ann and she will get you on the road today. I have never encountered better service at a Dealership. Have you ever gone to a Car Dealership and felt as if they did not care? Ann is so personable, she makes you feel like family.
