Red hot

I traded my Lexus for a Camaro. Ann and Mario were attentive. Marcus closed my deal during my lunch break. The next day my remote wouldn't open the trunk. The service department immediately went to work on my situation. A few days later, Chris expressed personal conern and offered an upgraded loaner car. And to compensate for the delay, my car will get complimentary tinted windows. Go see them for your next vehicle!

Do not deal with this dealer!

I went to test drive a Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima. The man told me that I could not test drive without giving me a reason. I told the floor salesman to explain. He brought took me to his manager. The guy at the desk was straight forward but allowed me to see the 2015s, and told me I could not finance anything lesser than 2015 makes!! I left. I'm not going to be pressured to get what I don't want. They tried to get me to fill out documents concerning a credit check. I refused and they were trying to take advantage of me as if I wasn't intelligent enough to catch it!!! Never going to then again!

Very happy with my experience!!!!

I was treated like a friend of the family from the time I walked in. The customer service exceeded my expectations and this new management obviously had my best interest in mind. I told them what i could afford and what i wanted and they worked hard not only to find a car within my price range, but to find a car i loved in my price range. I could not be happier. Thank you soooo much. One happy girl!!

Love my van!

I've been looking for a used minivan that's clean, that's in good shape, and that's reasonably priced. I found the perfect one, a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country, at Barnes Crossing in Starkville. They were helpful and courteous. I highly recommend going there!

Easy Car Buying Experience

I just bought a used truck from these guys and I'm glad I did. The people were very nice and easy to talk to. I got a very fair deal with the price of the truck and my trade in. I would recommend using Barnes Crossing Auto Sales in Starkville every time.

Great car buying experience.

Buying a vehicle has always been a chore for us. We dread it everytime. We live in Starkville and wanted to keep our business here so we decided to try Barnes Crossing Starkville. We are thrilled with our experience. Everyone we talked to and dealt with could not have been nicer. We drove 3 vehicles, made our decision and made a deal. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We love our new vehicle and have not had any trouble with it. We highly recommend Barnes Crossing Starkville.

Found the Perfect Car!

Found a great used 2015 Chevrolet Cruze and got an very fair trade in for my car compared to other dealers. They gave me a loaner car while they had some paint touch up work done on the Cruze. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and they had a large number of cars to choose from on the lot. As a female, I felt respected as a buyer. Initially, I didn't know about the process of purchasing a car, but they explained everything and made me feel comfortable about the purchase. I highly recommend Barnes Crossing in Starkville!

Great People and a Great Buying Experience!

I got a very fair deal on a very good used truck. I have had the truck now for 3 months with no problems and am completely satisfied with it. The employees were all nice and knowledgeable. The General Manager even added 2 new tires to the back wheels as well as new front brakes without any additional charge as he said that they would need to be replaced in about 10,000 miles. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the shopping and buying process and their inventory was large and good quality. I would highly recommend to anyone who may be considering a used auto to check with the people of this dealership before buying one from some place else.

Bad customer service

They have very poor customer service. They do not know how to handle a customer. They have kind of fixed price which is way high than the real price of a car. Tried twice to buy a car from this dealer. Talked with two separate representative and both of them are not supportive at all. Won't try again.

Bad Experience

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY SELL FAULTY CARS THAT THEY MISREPRESENT AS QUALITY VEHICLES. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD ENDLESSLY IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. THEY WONT PROVIDE YOU A MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION WHILE THEY TAKE THEIR TIME REPAIRING THE FAULTY VEHICLE THEY JUST SOLD YOU 1 DAY PRIOR. BUYER BEWARE. RUN, DONT WALK, TO ANYWHERE BUT HERE IF YOU NEED A RIDE THAT WORKS!!!
