Brett returned our calls promptly regardless of the time of day. Truck was clean and in excellent condition. No haggling. No pressure. Took truck for more than one test drive. Brett referred us to Nick at Auto Accents for a bed cover. Nick was just as polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had numerous customers and calls and managed them all w/ politeness and was never frazzled. We'd take the 45 minute drive again for our next car purchase because of our pleasant, stress-free experience.

My wife and I was looking a for a car for 4 months. Finally we saw a certain car at this dealer. We test drove it the first day and bought it the second day. Very happy. Before you purchase the car, set all you expectations up front with dealer. Only deal with Scott since he makes the over all decisions anyhow. Make sure you ask for a full tank of gas prior to purchasing the car as part of your negotiation. Check the car thoroughly since hey don't they check it or do anything to make it appealing. I am mechanically inclined so just made sure the car ran they way it should. If there are any concerns of the car you bring up do not let them take care of it for you as they cannot handle it. Over promise under deliver. Take the as is offer as they say and just take care of it yourself. Overall, they are a family business and very friendly. Remember, no matter what, a used car is a used car. So in our 4 months looking, they all had answers of what is wrong with the car!
