RUDELY TREATED
Me and my husband decided to stop and look around at vehicles last week. We had a salesman to show us a truck and my husband was undecided on this truck. The salesman took us inside and started going over figures, we decided to go over payments. The salesman by the way was a very nice. Apparently if you keep a manager after after 7 they get real mouthy!!! The manager Eric was shouting at us across the room to make a decision and that he was going to call his wife and explain to her why he would be late. Needless to say due to high pressure by this guy we decided to get up and walk out. Since he was very rude and arroigant we will never be back and we will tell everyone we know not to go there.

internet sales
Sent in a request on a 2017 Ford Raptor. I have owned a lot of cars (41) and dealt with a lot of dealerships. The response I received was essentialy "what do you want"....I sent a response for some details on the vehicle and received no response. Either they don't want or need the business or they simply don't understand customer service.

Wouldn't buy anywhere else
I got a '15 Mustang convertible and my wife fell in love with a '15 Edge so we got her the new Edge. Well the Edge had some problems we brought the Edge back and got a loaner car. We came back 3 weeks later to check on my wife's new Edge which had now been in the shop longer than my wife had driven it. The sales manager Keith Tyler got involved he went to bat for us with Ford and got Ford to replace the Edge. I have bought Fords at many different dealers and I believe that no other dealer would have went that extra mile to make sure the right thing was done. I have bought and driven new Ford's sense 1982 and Keith Tyler and Mountaineer Automotive have got me for a customer for life.

can't believe them
Was buying a like new used truck, went to the dealership 3 times, first trip went to see a truck that was in the newspaper, salesman said he didn't know what truck I was asking about couldn't find it on inventory. Second trip I brought the inventory number and gave it to him. We made a deal on it and I was to pick it up after work the next day, called 3 times the next day to make sure all was on track with no problems. Drove over to the dealership and everyone acted like we had the plague. Went to the sales manager and was told our salesman had to be off early but the truck had been sold 1 hour before we got there. That made 3 trips of 80 miles each day, 240 total plus several hours of our time and they couldn't even call or return our calls. I wouldn't take a free truck from these people much less buy one !
