I just bought a 2004 Volvo XC90 at this dealership. We were super happy with the car and help we got from Shahla, and it was worth every hour of the 4 hour drive from Roanoke VA. She was super sweet and on her feet the entire time, we test drove 4 separate cars and we're not pressured at all to make a purchase. Left with a hug and a smile on our faces.

We traveled three hours from Roanoke to come and see a 2004 Volvo XC90. It was definitely worth the trip and would be more than happy to go again. The woman working there is amazing, on her feet, and willing to do whatever it takes to get you the right car. We test drove 4 different cars before buying the one we came up there for and all were great. Left with a hug even after keeping them over an hour past closing.

I found my dream car ( a PT Cruiser!) on Best Auto of Manassas' website, and headed down to see it. I was helped (not hustled) right away. The car I wanted was behind a few cars, but they got it out and I took it for a test drive. I loved it, but had a few minor concerns... Mike assured me that he would take care of them. It was late on a Saturday evening and I had a rental car, so we agreed I'd come back in a few days. Shahla helped me through the paperwork, and I paid a deposit. I came back to pick up the car on Monday, and Mike went above and beyond on his promises! Mike, Shahla and all the staff are very down to earth, friendly people, they stand by their service, and their word. I genuinely enjoyed the whole experience, and am enjoying my car!

I am 17 years old and I came with my parents today to buy a used Jeep Liberty. Shahla helped us for hours and helped us come to an extremely could price for my dream car! She was the sweetest women ever and I wouldn't have wanted to get it from any other auto shop. 100% pleased and left happy :)

The sales representative (Shahla) went above and beyond to make sure that we have a pleasant buying experience without the salesperson pressure. She showed us many vehicles and helped us select the right vehicle. We are very satisfied with her service and recommendation. Moreover, we encountered an issue with the battery several days after purchasing the vehicle and she replaced the battery with a brand new battery for free. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson.
