I have signed paperwork and vehicle has not been released to me. I have called and emailed and left text messages but nobody seems to care. Just let me know what is going on.

The dealership was nice, clean, and well organized. Lana, my saleswoman, was super nice, patient, not pushy at all, and took her time to get to know what I wanted and accommodated me according to my wants and needs. She was able to find me the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted. She was great! The car buying process was fairly painless. Since I drove up from Colorado Springs, they worked with me so that I could drive the car home and finish the process of signing over the title to my old vehicle and down payment in the Springs office the next day. All of the vehicles I looked at were in near perfect condition, low mileage, and like new. It was a very good buying experience!

This was the first time that I bought a vehicle at Echo Park in Centennial, Colorado. It is a different kind of used car dealer made for those individuals who want a reliable and quality used vehicle less than 5 years old at a good price. Salesperson was excellent,, no pressure sales, no waiting all day negotiating, respectful of your time, honest and fair and no dealing with finance person. Overall, it was the best experience that I have had with buying a car over the last 30 years.

Sierra Medina and Bret were very helpful with every step of the process, I thought there was an issues with the paint, turned out to be a protective cover on the roof of the vehicle. Very positive experience.

Was once a huge advocate but no more. 1) Had to beg for sales support (was probably the first clue to stay away). 2) The 190 point inspection is a joke. 3) Can't get service to respond. Can fix this review by 1) Respond to service request. 2) Admit to the neglectful 190 point inspection. 3) Fix.

I had the best time going to Echo Centennial. JJ and Bart both helped me and I had the best car buying experience. They were super helpful and invested in helping me make the best decision.
